Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Snacks does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and this page explains how to opt out of that sharing.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may request access to the personal information collected about them, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How to opt out
Email support@snsnaccks.shop from the address used on your order with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. No account is required and there is no fee. Snacks will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because a request was made. Advertising cookies can also be restricted directly in any modern browser and through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
What happens after a request
Snacks confirms receipt within 1-2 business days and completes the opt-out within the period required by law. We may ask for the order number or the email address used at checkout to confirm the request relates to your own information; that verification step exists to protect the account, not to slow the request down. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Scope
This page covers the Snacks storefront and the advertising and analytics services embedded in it. Payment processing runs on Shopify's hosted checkout under its own notice, and third-party sites reached from links here operate under their own policies. Questions about any of this can go to support@snsnaccks.shop, answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
